Scope a programme

Bring us a commercial objective.

Tell us what you want more of, who the buyer is and roughly what you could spend to win them. A person replies within one business day with the right next step: a free snapshot, a paid diagnostic, a programme, or an honest "this isn't for us".

Just want to look first? The free demand snapshot needs no call. Agencies with a client in mind: start a named-client pilot.

The brief

What makes a brief useful

None of it is required, but each item makes our first reply more specific.

  • The enquiry you want more of. Not "more traffic": a quote request for a product family, a demo from a particular kind of team, a contract in a particular territory.
  • What a bad enquiry looks like. Knowing what to exclude matters as much as knowing what to win.
  • The economics, roughly. What a won deal contributes and how often a good enquiry becomes one. This is how we test whether a programme could pay for itself.
  • What changed. A new depot, a new product, a launch, a site migration, a drop in enquiries, and roughly when.

What happens next

A person reads the brief and replies within one business day. If the objective is clear and the economics look workable, we suggest a scope for the Demand Diagnostic (£750–£1,500) or, where the problem is already well understood, a Demand Programme (typically £4,000–£8,000 a month). If it is too early for either, we will say so and point you at the free snapshot. Prices are ex VAT; the pricing page explains how fees and the execution allowance work.

We work best with a valuable offer, an identifiable buyer, capacity to take on more work and a willingness to tell us which leads were useful. If you want a guaranteed ChatGPT recommendation, we are the wrong people: nobody can honestly sell that.

If you would rather not talk to anyone

Fair enough. Most of what we do is documented:
