Who we work with

Specific buyers, a funded objective, and a way to measure it

We do not organise the business around industries or cities. We organise it around a buyer with a question, a company with a reason to win that buyer, and a budget that can move. We work in two segments directly, and with agencies that serve them.

Why these two

Both are markets where buyers ask precise questions before they make contact: a product, a size, a rate, a site and a date for industrial buyers; a requirement, an integration, a comparison and a price for technical buyers. Both are markets where a single won customer is worth enough to fund real work, and where the client can tell us whether an enquiry was any good. And both are markets we have built for: the projects on our work page include an oilfield equipment marketplace, an equipment rental rates platform, a construction matting marketplace and two developer APIs.

That does not make other businesses a bad fit. It means these are the segments where the buying questions, the qualification logic and the people who can verify technical claims carry over from one mandate to the next. Our industry playbooks still cover 115 industries for anyone researching their own market.

The selection rule

Who we take on, and who we turn away

A customer with budget but no workable route to an outcome is not attractive demand. It is future delivery debt, for both sides.

We prioritise

A valuable offer. Each won customer is worth enough that a handful of extra qualified enquiries a month changes the economics.

An identifiable buyer. You can name who buys, what they need and where you can serve them.

Spare capacity. You can take on more of the work you are asking us to win, and respond to enquiries quickly.

Commercial feedback. You will tell us which enquiries were useful and why, so the programme is measured on outcomes rather than activity.

We decline, for now

You want a guaranteed ChatGPT recommendation. Nobody can honestly sell that. We will not pretend to.

You cannot describe a good enquiry. If the target is undefined, every result is arguable and none is useful.

Nobody can implement changes. If the website, data or quote flow cannot change, the programme has nothing to ship.

Lead quality stays private. Without feedback on which leads were useful, we can only report activity, and that is not what you would be paying for.

How an engagement is shaped

You bring a commercial objective, a target buyer, a budget and permission to execute. We map the questions those buyers ask across search and AI answers, find where you are absent or unconvincing, assemble and ship the work, and measure the enquiries your team accepts. SEO, AEO and GEO are channels into that one system, not separate programmes.

It starts small. The free demand snapshot covers one buyer journey and is capped. The Demand Diagnostic costs £750–£1,500 and ends in a go/no-go. A Demand Programme typically runs £4,000–£8,000 a month ex VAT, split into a fixed fee and an execution allowance you approve. The full model, and the break-even test we run with you, is on the pricing page.

Have a commercial problem worth funding?

Start with a free, capped snapshot of one buyer journey. If the economics hold, we scope a diagnostic or a programme against the enquiries you want more of.
