For CMOs & marketing leaders

The commercial question, in your language.

You have a budget to defend and a channel you cannot fully see. Fund the buying questions that produce enquiries sales accepts, and report it honestly.

The problem you’re feeling

Organic traffic is sliding and you cannot fully explain why. Part of the answer is that ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews now answer buyer questions before anyone reaches your site. The harder part is that your dashboards still report rankings and sessions, and neither tells the board whether marketing produced pipeline.

How we frame it

We treat it as an acquisition programme with a budget, not a visibility project. You name the buyer, the product and the enquiry you want more of; we map the questions that buyer asks, fix where you are absent or unconvincing, and report accepted enquiries alongside the diagnostics. Mention share and citations are in the report, labelled as leading indicators, not as the result.

What you are judged on, and what we report

Accepted enquiries

Enquiries in the target segment that sales accepted, with rejection reasons for the ones it did not.

Cost per qualified enquiry

Programme spend against qualified enquiries, set beside what a won deal is worth to you.

Discovery diagnostics

Whether buyers can find and correctly describe you in search and AI answers. Leading indicators, labelled as such.

What working with us looks like

Start with a free demand snapshot of one buyer journey. If there is a problem worth funding, a paid Demand Diagnostic (£750–£1,500) tests the economics. If those hold, a Demand Programme (typically £4,000–£8,000 a month, ex VAT) does the work.

How pricing works
  • A written mandate your CFO can read: objective, buyer, budget, exclusions
  • A fixed fee agreed in advance and an execution allowance spent only on approved work
  • Monthly reporting that keeps observed, reported and estimated results apart
  • A go/no-go recommendation before any programme budget is committed

Questions, answered

How do I report this to leadership?

Lead with accepted enquiries and their cost, against the economics of a won deal. Put mention share and citations underneath as diagnostics. Where we cannot show causation, the report says so in plain words rather than borrowing credit from other campaigns.

Will this cannibalise my SEO budget?

It should not duplicate it. Much of the work is the same search foundations your team already owns. We can take a defined slice, work alongside your existing agency, or run the full programme. Either way the scope is written down so nobody is paid twice for the same page.

How fast will I see movement?

Technical fixes such as crawler access and indexing can land within days. Beyond that we will not quote a timeline we cannot source; no primary evidence establishes how long AI answers take to change. The diagnostic gives you a baseline, and the monthly review shows the real curve.
