For founders & CEOs

The commercial question, in your language.

Every pound of growth budget has to produce conversations with the right buyers. Start with one buying journey and decide on evidence.

The demand loopA cycle of six stages: buyer questions, opportunity evidence, a funded mandate, execution, qualified enquiries and commercial outcomes, which feed back into better evidence about buyer questions.BuyerquestionsOpportunityevidenceFundedmandateExecutionQualifiedenquiriesCommercialoutcomesOne demand systemFed by SEO, AEOand outbound
The problem you’re feeling

You have built something buyers need, but when a prospect asks ChatGPT or Google for options in your category a competitor comes up, often on the strength of a page you have never seen. You do not have the team to chase every channel, and you have been sold visibility work before that never turned into a single sales conversation.

How we frame it

For a founder this is a capital allocation question. We start small: a free snapshot of one buyer journey, then a paid diagnostic that works out what a qualified enquiry is worth to you and whether a programme can plausibly pay for itself. If the numbers do not hold, we tell you not to spend the money.

What you are judged on, and what we report

Qualified conversations

Enquiries from the buyers you named, not traffic from people who will never buy.

Break-even volume

How many qualified enquiries a month the programme needs to cover its cost, from your own figures.

Category position

Whether search and AI answers name and describe you correctly. A diagnostic, reported as one.

What working with us looks like

Start with a free demand snapshot of one buyer journey. If there is a problem worth funding, a paid Demand Diagnostic (£750–£1,500) tests the economics. If those hold, a Demand Programme (typically £4,000–£8,000 a month, ex VAT) does the work.

How pricing works
  • A free, capped snapshot before any commitment
  • A diagnostic from £750 with a straight go/no-go
  • Quick wins you can ship yourself, ranked by effort
  • An engineer-to-founder conversation, not a sales deck

Questions, answered

We are early. Is this worth it before product-market fit?

Usually not as a full programme. If you cannot yet describe a good enquiry, or cannot handle more of them, a programme will produce delivery debt rather than growth. The snapshot and a short diagnostic are still useful for seeing how buyers find the category.

Can a small team act on this?

Yes. The diagnostic ranks actions by effort and leaves the ones you can ship yourself. A programme exists for when you would rather fund the execution than staff it.

Do you work with technical founders directly?

That is our home turf. Expect a substantive conversation about the mechanics, the economics and what we will not promise.

Have a commercial problem worth funding?

Start with a free, capped snapshot of one buyer journey. If the economics hold, we scope a diagnostic or a programme against the enquiries you want more of.
