For PR & communications leaders

The commercial question, in your language.

AI engines repeat things about your company, some of them wrong, to buyers mid-evaluation. Fix what they read, then check what it does to enquiries.

The problem you’re feeling

It is no longer just journalists shaping your narrative. When a buyer asks ChatGPT about your company it might cite outdated pricing, a critical thread or a plain factual error, confidently, with no byline to call. You find out when a prospect repeats it on a sales call.

How we frame it

Accuracy is a commercial problem when it reaches buyers who are comparing suppliers. We monitor how engines describe you on the questions that matter commercially, trace the sources behind errors, and correct what you control: your own pages, structured data and listings. Third-party coverage is legitimate outreach or disclosed sponsorship; nobody can honestly sell you control of independent editorial or AI citations.

What you are judged on, and what we report

Accuracy on buying questions

Whether engines state correct facts about your products, pricing and coverage where buyers are deciding.

Source map

Which pages the engines draw on, and which of them you can correct or update.

Commercial effect

Whether sales stops hearing the error, measured through enquiry notes and rejection reasons, not sentiment alone.

What working with us looks like

Start with a free demand snapshot of one buyer journey. If there is a problem worth funding, a paid Demand Diagnostic (£750–£1,500) tests the economics. If those hold, a Demand Programme (typically £4,000–£8,000 a month, ex VAT) does the work.

How pricing works
  • Repeated, dated checks of how engines describe you
  • A map of the sources behind each error
  • Corrections to the pages and data you control, with review gates
  • Honest limits on what third-party outreach can and cannot do

Questions, answered

What if an AI engine states something factually wrong about us?

We trace the sources driving the error, correct what you control, and pursue legitimate corrections elsewhere. We will not promise the engine changes its answer by a date; we will show you whether it did.

How is this different from traditional reputation management?

Traditional ORM targets search results and press. This looks at what AI engines synthesise for buyers mid-evaluation, and judges the work by whether it stops costing you deals.

Can you buy coverage in the sources AI engines cite?

We can commission research, pitch legitimate stories and arrange disclosed sponsorship. We cannot sell control over independent editorial decisions or AI citations, and anyone who offers to is selling a link scheme.

Have a commercial problem worth funding?

Start with a free, capped snapshot of one buyer journey. If the economics hold, we scope a diagnostic or a programme against the enquiries you want more of.
